Our fees to Tenants

The asking rent does not include letting fees. Depending on your circumstances and the property the following fees may apply:

 

* Our Letting fee for Greater London is a fixed price of £395.00 (inc vat)  and Central London is a fixed price of £495.00 (inc vat) including up to two references and application fees for up to two adults.

 

* Additional Reference fees as required (including credit checks, bank,

   previous landlord, etc) per tenant or guarantor are charged at £50 (inc vat)      in Greater London and £100 (inc vat) in Central London for new tenancies (or

   tenancy renewals where there has been a change of tenant or

   circumstance).

 

We do not charge fees for drawing up tenancy agreements or inventory fees, including check-in and check-out fees.

 

* Guarantor arrangement/application fees - As above

* Pet disclaimer fees/additional pet deposit - Equivalent to 6 - 8 weeks rent.

* A minimum holding deposit of £300 is also taken to secure the property and

   will be deducted from your first month's rent if your application is      

   successful. However, this will not be refundable if you fail to proceed for any

   reason. 

 

* Room only let fees are charged at a maximum of £195 (inc vat) per

   person including referencing.

 

* Tenancy renewals are charged at a maximum of £100 (inc vat) per tenancy.  

 

We do not charge fees for drawing up tenancy agreements or inventory fees, including check-in and check-out fees.

For your peace of mind, we offer Client Money Protection via Client Money Protect as part of our membership with the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA).
